 — a brave Kenyan woman who narrowly escaped death after a harrowing journey to Saudi Arabia. It was around 2 a.m., pitch dark at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), waiting for her. I was in a company of her belong friend and family.I had heard her story — how she traveled through a rogue agency and endured unthinkable suffering rendering her unable to walk again.Below is a picture of me and Anita Kadesa Majanga
That night, I knocked on every door I could, desperate to make sure Anita wouldn’t disappear again. She arrived in a wheelchair, vulnerable and exhausted. Agents from the same rogue group were lurking, ready to take her away once more as a way to make sure she say nothing on camera . But I was there. My presence, perhaps, changed everything. I stood my ground — and Anita was saved.

Thanks to afriends I met through TikTok, I was able to get a taxi with 17k a contribution made by friends on TikTok.This was enough to get her safely home to Kitale. That moment was a beginning, not an end. The story doesn’t stop here.
